Since opening our doors in 1954, Allart Framing and Gallery has been providing fine framing to the Houston community. Our team continues this legacy with full turnkey art services to projects across the nation — custom framing, installation, on-site consultation, and art services to the trade.

We understand your schedule might not allow a visit to our design studio. Let us bring the service to you — our design team visits with a curated selection of samples, then transports your pieces to our studio for framing, with the option to add professional installation.

Working with highly specialized professionals, your aged, faded, or damaged photographs and artwork can be preserved for future generations. Museum-quality restoration for paintings and frames — cleaning, re-stretching, re-varnishing, tear repair, canvas relining, and in-painting. Photo restoration begins with a high-resolution scan, corrects faded or shifted colour, repairs tears and creases, and delivers a new archival print plus a digital copy.

Frame restoration is done by hand, corner by corner — re-gilding, re-carving, and touching up antique mouldings so the frame reads as it did the day it was made.
